Lanner Electronics, a global leader in industrial computing and network security solutions, today announced the launch of the EAI-I132, a next-generation fanless industrial-grade Edge AI computer designed to deliver powerful AI performance, enhanced connectivity, and rugged reliability for mission-critical applications.
Built with an IP40-rated fanless enclosure and engineered to withstand wide operating temperature ranges, the EAI-I132 ensures dependable operation in harsh industrial and mobile environments. Powered by the NVIDIA® Jetson Orin™ NX or Nano, the system delivers up to 100 TOPS of AI performance, enabling advanced edge workloads such as traffic video analytics, PPE compliance monitoring, and AI-powered autonomous systems.
Compared to its predecessor, the EAI-I131, the new EAI-I1322 introduces significant upgrades in connectivity and power flexibility. It features three RJ45 LAN ports, including two PoE ports delivering up to 60 watts—ideal for powering IP cameras and edge sensors directly. In addition, the system supports a wide-range power input (12V–24V) and offers optional GPS and G-sensor integration for increased situational awareness in mobile and industrial deployments.
The EAI-I132 also comes with abundant I/O options such as USB, COM, and DIO, while supporting Wi-Fi and 5G wireless connectivity for uninterrupted data streaming in mission-critical AI applications.
To accelerate development, the EAI-I132 is fully compatible with the NVIDIA JetPack SDK 6.0, giving developers access to Jetson Linux, CUDA-X accelerated libraries, and powerful AI development tools to fast-track innovation at the edge.
With its powerful compute capabilities, robust design, and versatile connectivity, the EAI-I132 is engineered to meet the growing demands of AI at the edge — from smart cities and industrial automation to intelligent transportation and mobile robotics.
