The Field Application Engineer will provide quality assurance support to the product development team, resolving bugs, defects, and other potential issues and ensuring that products meet customer specifications.

The Quality Control Engineer shall monitor and improve the quality of our operational processes and outputs. The Quality Engineer’s responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. The QCE will also work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.
The Sales Account Manager will manage and lead all communication with customers related to conflict resolution, orders and returns, agreements, and recommending solutions. They are responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a daily basis.
The Logistics and Fulfilment Manager will oversee the warehouse, ensuring proper inventory control, order processing, compliance and safety. The Logistics and Fulfillment Manager will also implement measures for proper quality control and keep track of logistics and performance.
